When you submit the enquiry form, we may collect your name, mobile number, preferred branch, estimated gold weight and message. Do not submit Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, bank details or images of identity documents through the public website form.
How we use information
We use enquiry information only to contact you, schedule or prioritize a branch visit, answer questions and maintain basic customer communication records.
Branch verification
Final KYC verification and loan documentation happen at the branch. Any identity documents shown at the branch are handled according to applicable legal, regulatory and business record requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell customer enquiry information. Information may be shared only with service providers that host or process the website form, or when required by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards for website enquiry data, but internet submission is not a replacement for secure branch-level verification. Avoid sending sensitive document numbers online.
